I love the way every body answered you........ but never even began to answer you.
In the dog world, gray is classified as blue (I know DAH...it isn't blue it is gray) but that is the way the registry works.
If you are set on breeding I will try to give you decent info.
I am unsure if you are saying you want to purchase a male for you own and will use it to breed with your female, or if you want to have your female bred with someone else dog?????
If you just want to have her bred, check with a couple of the vets in your area. They will know who has or who breeds Chihuahua.
Everyone doesn't use the same vet so check with several.
Expect to pay between $200 and $300 as stud fee, sometimes the breeder will take a puppy in lieu of a stud fee.
Be sure the male you use has the same registry as your dog. AKC will not accept CKC papers (they accept very few other registries)
If you are hoping to buy, you can use the vet or I will list a couple of sites that sell dogs below.
Expect to pay big money for a gray dog/puppy if you are planning to purchase. They are in the range of $500 an up, then shipping is an additional $250 if the breeders are not local to you.
They tend to have a lot of hair/skin problems so you will need to check the hair out really well.
NEVER BREED TWO BLUE DOGS blue is a recessive gene and it will cause more problems, that I cant even begin to explain because I am not a genetics expert.
I hope you realize just because you breed your female with a blue does not mean you will have blue puppies.
Here are some sites to buy puppies:

Just be careful there is a lot of SCAM on the puppy sites. Be sure you get references with phone numbers and ask for several current pictures of the puppy.

A female doesn't need to be bred to satisfy her emotional needs. There is an awful lot that goes into breeding dogs right - are you sure you're ready? Chihuahuas have big heads and the pups often have to be delivered by an expensive c-section - that's cash out of YOUR pocket. Do you know how to build a proper whelping box with a pig-rail, so that none of the pups can be crushed behind or under their mom? Do you know what eclampsia is? If you don't, your dog could die. Do you know how to tell when all the pups have been born? If there are any left inside her, they could die and so could she. Do you know where the nearest emergency clinic is? Dogs often deliver in the middle of the night. If there are any problems with the whelping, it may cost you $100 just to walk in the clinic's door - then all the other costs on top of that.

Before you breed, you have to have your vet do a health exam and fecal tests and blood tests for intestinal worms and heartworm to be sure her health is good. Then make sure your dog and the male you select (who should be a champion - your pups will be worth more!) are tested for Brucellosis - a canine VD.

If you breed her to a top quality male from an experienced breeder, they can help you with advice and may even show up to help you deliver the pups - but usually you're on your own. They can also advise you as to whether or not your female is good enough to breed and that she has no major faults that she could pass on. If you just want a pup to keep for yourself, it's a lot easier (and cheaper) to buy one than to breed your own. The pups are going to need food and shots and worming and lots of care for eight weeks. If the mother rejects them, guess who is going to be up twice a night and four times a day hand-feeding and cleaning every pup? Have you got the time and energy?

You won't make much money breeding dogs if you're doing it right! One of my breeder friends once calculated that she made less than $1.85 per hour after expenses in a litter with no problems. I bred one litter myself (from champion dogs!), but now I'd rather go and buy the pup I want.

If you breed your male, don't be surprised if your dog starts pissing in the house, mounting the kids or the pillows and being snappier once you start breeding him. You should be going into breeding to improve the breed - not to put a few bucks in your pocket. Take a trip to the local dog pound and watch them put a bunch of purebred dogs to sleep just because no one wants them...

Please have your female spayed immediately. There are thousands of dogs and cats that will die tomorrow because they have no where else to go. Just don't do it. If you want a chihuahua puppy, go adopt one from a shelter or a rescue group.
