Why they have to spread lies about other religions???

Question

Explain why spreading the "truth of Christ" requires you to spread lies about other religions, such as the idea that Wiccans (so-called "white witches") worship the Christian devil. (Incidentally, they don't, & this rumor has been persistently spread by Christians since the second century CE). Why is it not wrong for Christians to spread rumours that Muslims worship some moon god but actually they dont(In the book Mohammedanism, Gibb says on page 26 that both Muhammad & his opponents believed in "the existence of a supreme God Allaah." )
Explain why Christians have spread the lie that Jews put Jesus to death when, in actuality, it was the Romans who put Jesus to death. (For a good example of New Testament anti-semetism, see 1 Thessalonians 2:15).

Well that doesnt include all cristans who seek true way of God but tell do you think it is justified to spread lies about other religion just to promote mission of Christ Also explain me why christans says not to judge??

its a part of human brain not just about religion. its a form of survival, people do anything to convince anybody in their own personal favor or satisfaction.

so whoever who has a weak faith in their beliefs will fall in such decievings.
learn to find the truth in your own ways. don't just believe-its not always true.

Christianity is based on ignorance, fear and greed. Anything that comes into power dirty can never get the blood of its hands. They are afraid and ignorant. So they judge to make themselves feel more comfortable. It really is a shame. I was also caught in the web for a little while. They are brainwashed, at least I was by the christian school I attended. I even called my own grandmother evil. Thank the goddess she forgave me, a christian would not have. She knew it was from ignorance, not from my heart. They (Christians) won't even admit that they have their dates wrong on stuff. Christ was actually born in April. Not December, but they had to replace winter solstice with something because the pagans wanted their winter celebration. All the other holidays are pretty much the same. Even groundhog day is Candlemas.
I can only speak for myself about why I spread the lies, I was convinced I was right. You couldn't have told me any different. We just have to be patient and wait for their enlightenment. Your well researched and well worded question is an excellent education for the misinformed.
No sweetie, he is not spreading lies, I am sorry you are afraid of the truth. I spent many years of study to find the simple truth this man speaks. I spent 23 years studing religion before dedicating myself to the much older religions. The older ones study spirituality, not church doctrine. Please open your mind and accept the ideas of others. We are not bad people. I do many many hours of community service as a part of my spirituality. I don't know many Christians who do. Every single worker at the soup kitchen is Pagan. We don't have one single Christian in the group. None volunteered. If it wasn't for the Pagans, many would go hungry in my city.
The other thing is that 14% of Christians turned Pagan this past year. We do not go door to door, we do not ever recruit for our religions. These Christians are seeking us out to convert.
Rest easy. Devotion to God/Goddess is the important thing. The name of the religion is not.

I don't know too much about your first two examples, so I'm sorry I can't address those. However, I would like to comment on your last point. I do not believe that it is anti-semitic to state the fact that it was Jews who put Jesus to death. They did it in ignorance, because they didn't recognize that he was Messiah, and they also did it because that was God's original plan. You are right in saying that the Romans actually pounded in the nails, but they would not have executed Jesus, had it not been for the near riot of the Jewish crowd demanding Crucifixion. Pilate himself wanted to release Jesus because he stated that he found he had done nothing wrong. So it's just playing with words to imply that the Romans were the only ones culpable.

Wiccans do worship Satan-they just don't call him by that name.
Muslims do worship the pagan moon god Allah.
Jews did use the Romans to kill Jesus-The Roman Gov was about to release him, but Jews wanted him crucified.

Now I just have to jump in here. First off, people do not understand the word Religion. It is a complete way of life, not just some part time thing you do when you feel like it. Ponder on that!
Now, wiccans believe in the power of the elements of the earth. Christians believe that Christ is god. Muslims believe that Muhammad is the last Prophet of god[Allah]. Jews don't believe in the immaculate birth of Christ. so on so on. I will say this:God is ONE. The same one that the muslims, christians, and jews pray to. 2+2=4 5-1=4 8 divided 2=4 my point: many ways to get to 4 but only one 4! There are many ways that God gives us to get to him no matter how we get to him. It is not a fundamental belief of Muslims that martyrdom, in general, will take you to paradise. What we are seeing nowadays are pure ZEALOTS! Islam teaches us to : Be not too extreme in religion as to turn people away nor be not too lax as to have people know what you stand for. But take the middle course" Now if one would read the Holy Quran, that is what they would get from it. And i have to say, of all my religious studies,i choose Islam to follow. But a good muslim is one who believes in ALL that God has sent down to mankind. Good muslims are not christian or jew bashers. Tthere is sooo much to cover in this topic. not all christians do this and i feel sorry for those who do, we are a multi cultural society and i believe that we have the right to our own opinions and beliefs. i think we should respect other religions as we expect them to respect ours. i dont condone any type of prejudice in this regard and dont think that anybody should spread lies to make themselves feel good, and i personally dont know of any true religions that say it must be done maybe the people that are doing this feels insecure or uncertain in their beliefs and try to make themselves feel better or superior.
