I read In my local news paper yesterday about a guy who is 19 going to jail for having sex with a 13 year old. She gossipped with her friends and teacher found out and contacted local police.
the article said he was "in love" in an obsessive way with her and had know her since she was 9.
She said she had consented to sex and had "a crush on him" he is now in jail and has had to sign the sexual offenders register. And she says she has lost her childhood and a lot of friends and respect at school.

Personally at 13 you are still a girl and still developing and he is an adult at 18,28,38 whatever the age any adult who likes young girls has the paedophile gene in their body and could become a danger.

There can not be anything wrong with him in the looks department to stop him getting a girl his own age as at 13 one of the most important factor of a boyfriend is looks.
Sadly I think you and "your boyfriend" appear to be in a situation where you are both asking for trouble.

I am sure your needs for wanting an older boyfriend are far more innocent than his are for a younger girlfriend.

Maybe you should look at this as an experience and walk away before it could get too much to handle and dominate a long period of your childhood.

Stop before it is too late it is not a game!
i have just read your other questions and i have come to the conclusion something s not correct. Others view her questions! Also do 13 year olds call themselves Sexy Starfish!
How can i come over my ultimate fantisy of having sex on a train track?
Is it dangerous using organic vegtables for pleasure?
I fancy my cat, am i normal?
Whats an acceptable amount for your girlfriend to have slept with before you settle down?(Im not a sl*g btw!)

He's just hit puberty. Gurl talk about robbing the cradle. He's not even mentally on your level yet. Like someone previously stated he's just a passing of time for you. Leave that BOY alone. You'll really break his heart if you wake up one day and decide he's just not the one you want. This could come back to haunt you if you do that. You know what youre doing is considered RAPE. Now if you leave this young boy befor he hits 18 theres the possibility he could take it really hard and start crying out rape. Where do you think you'll be then?

The words for the day are JAIL BAIT and CEIL MATE.

It is wrong, cause I have a son around that age. It will put you in jail, if you get caught. Now if I were 13 and I had an 18 year old girlfriend, that would have been cool... So I just don't know what to say. It is illegal

YES!!! WHY CAN'T YOU FIND SOMEONE AROUND YOUR OWN AGE?? YOU GUYS ARE AT OPPOSITE ENDS RIGHT NOW, AND HE IS NOT MATURE ENOUGH TO DATE AN 18 YEAR OLD. PICK ON SOMEONE YOUR OWN AGE!!!!

yes this is wrong. You are legally an adult while your bf is a minor. He is barely old enough to be left alone without a parent's supervision! What part of that seems right? Keep it simply friends, keep the relationship hands off and find a bf closer to your own age. Preferably over 16 years old.

that is known as robbing the cradle and he could get into big trouble if anything were to happen.... i am very surprised that your mother lets you go out with a 18 year old... i have 2 daughter's myself and if they ever told me that there boyfriend was 18 i would be putting a stop to that real quick..... there is no way possible that i would let my girls go out with a boy that was 6 yrs older he is only looking for one thing ....

If you are going to continue this relationship, i suggest you reconsider. You may think you love each other now, but in a few years' time, you would both become older, which means your mindset would change. Furthermore, you would be quite old while he's still a young chap. You may then find yourself unable to keep up with his lifestyle. That's what happened to my sis. She was 26 and he 20. They were engaged but they still broke up in the end.
Good luck.

im sure its exciting for him, but you may ask yourself this? when you one day have a daughter or a son how would you feel about a person that is of 18 years of age dating and screwing your 13 year old daughter or son...? you may want to get some help there.
