Well the truth I know - Jesus died of natural causes long after his dilemma of Crucifixion somewhere in India (some speculate China) - No body killed him, he was punished by the then emperor by crucifying him, after the 3 day period in the cross, he was set free, where he went back to India to his Guru's.

Jesus was a dissident Jew. His fellow Jews wanted him - and his strange teachings out of the way - they reported him to the Romans as a rebel leader. One who wanted to be "king of the Jews". The Romans did not find him guilty of anything. However, the Jewish community insisted that he be punished. The Romans had a long tradition of not messing with local cults and religions. In order to calm things down they killed Jesus. However, it must not have seemed like a very big deal to the Romans. Even though they kept fairly careful records there is no mention of the incident.

The actual act of Jesus's death was performed by the Romans, at the urging of the Jewish leaders. However, Jesus came to give his life, because every single person has sinned, so we are all responsible for his death.
For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.
Mark 10:45
I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep.
John 10:11
No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again.
John 10:18

Not the Christians. They were not born yet. Nor the Muslims they were even later.
Not the Jews, they had no law to put a man to death.
Must have been the Romans.
But then again... Jesus GAVE his life... he was not killed at all.

Everything that is born dies, Jesus was born, and Jesus died. End of story.
The death of Jesus had no more meaning that the death of anyone else that has ever died.
The true message was Jesus' life, and the example he gave us about how to treat others.
You can't see or understand this message if all you focus on is his death. To do so is to waste the life of this beautiful person.
Wake up and realize this. The idea that Jesus died for your sins is a great tool to induce guilt but does it do anything else of value?
Far less than studying his life and trying to follow the loving example he left for us.
Love and blessings.
