I’m married and looking to spice it up in the bedroom. My wife is pretty old fashion and doesn’t like to talk about “it”, but I feel she is holding back. What do women really like? How can I spice it up without her thinking I’m a freak?

you can just talk to her in a way that she feels nice and respectable, if she is not so open, try talking to her in a more elusive way or a romantic way... all it takes is communication so u know what will make her happy rather than offend her or she may think you are pushing her... maybe you can do something nice for her and prepare for the night by taking her out to dinner and explaining that you both need a change and try getting to your point of view in a very gentle way. maybe she is waiting for that too

"Spice it up", not much to go on with that? Does that mean get a rubber toy involved or a vibrator? Or maybe just a little spank & tickle? The best thing I've found is is to talk about what it is you think might make things more interesting but don't say make it "better". What does your women really want, ask her... As for the freak part?, if all of a sudden one night or morning you walk into the bedroom wearing jack boots and a leather garter belt with clothpins attached to your privates... That would be a bit freaky...

So your wife dosent like to talk about "sex'? Well, that's gotta change! Hmmm...how can you spice it up. This is what I feel would, now, it may not be for everyone. Toys are fun. Porn. Video. Sexy clothing. You need to get her to talk about her fantasies. Everyones got one or two.

Try a different position. Or be a little more playful. Like one day when she comes off work, leave a trial of clothes (beginning with tie... then shirt... then pants) up to the bedroom...
