Shoot a Coyote.

Go outside and meditate near a pond or river (especially some place that's full of rabbits). Find peace with the world. See that we are all alike. Concentrate on everything around you. Focus on sensory perfection. Then the rabbit will forgive you.
Or, you can always just go and shoot predators of rabbits. Then you can call yourself the "Rabbit Avenger." Shoot foxes, owls, and maybe even human hunters. Be covert. And stock your supplies with things such as pistols, shotguns, sniper rifles, automatic weapons, and grenades. You're going to have to be ready to face these rabbits' numerous enemies.
There is always the option of just saying sorry to yourself and God. But without action, you're bound to feel bad again. Do one of those things that I said. Also be sure to not get in trouble with the law, because then more problems will arise.

It is nothing at all to worry about. It was just a rabbit, it's not like you shot a person.

Unless you did it maliciously. Some people who commit some very serious crimes against other people, used to torture animals when they were young.

If this is the case, then still don't worry about it because if you feel sorry for what you did then you have already made things right.

Otherwise don't feel bad about it. It was just an animal. There's more important things.

Go back to where you shot the rabbit and ask for forgiveness?

I don't know, how about living your life trying to be a good person.

An eye for an eye.

I suggest getting a rabbit to shoot you. Admittedly this can be difficult with an actual lagomorph so why not ask a playboy bunny? It's close enough that your karma should be evened out.

Perhaps Hugh Hefner could sort you out...

Well...you are just living with the guilt and its important to remove it or atleast make up with it .
You can make up by being nice to animals from now on and help in their rehabilitation.
Little gestures like feeding a stray dog or birds or helping an injured animal can make a difference too!
So, all the best!

Whenever you feel bad about something in the past you can't change, you can balance it by doing a single good deed. However you must keep the good deed absolutely secret. The secret keeps the good deed alive in your mind. So whenever you think of the bad thing you did, you will be reminded of the good deed too.

If your feeling guilty then I think you have made things right again, you show remorse and sorrow! Maybe now you have a respect for life and wouldnt do it again.
