i am having pheripheral arthritis whis is affected to knee, and greater toe on left side, which is from 3 months.

My husband is only 29 and has suffered terrible arthritis for the past 9 years.
Ginger is supposed to be amazing to help with it and Ive also heard a tablespoon of treacle a day can make a difference (although we havent tried that one). Cut back on alcohol intake also.
Be careful when taking anti-inflammatory tablets especially over a long period of time as they can cause stomach and liver problems, such as ulcers.
The best I know of is celery - I think you can actually get some medications that include this.

avoid food with high uric acid like legumes, beans, nuts,liver or any food which ingredients are the internal organs of animals

Cut out red wine, grapes, cherries, raisins, any acidic food.
Use milk products in moderation, specially cheese.

You should avoid cold and sour things.
You can take warm soups and meat.
Use hot water for bath. Steam bath preferred.
Take acupuncture treatment if you don't want to take medicines lifelong.
