Peanut oil doesn't go rancid for around 2 years. It's probably good. Although it may depend on how it's stored. Unopened it's good for years, opened, maybe not as long.

The oil of the peanut butter will go rancid. So you'll be eating rancid oil.

If it hasn't been opened. Peanut Butter's made with vacuum seals so you're good.

I would say almost definitely yes, but only if you haven't ever opened it!
The oilyness may have separated out a bit so it might need a good stir.

You should be able to tell by the smell - if it's really not good it will smell quite stale.
