Nothing leave eatting as soon as you get up, because it can actually make you very groggy, and it's been proven that not eatting a breakfast first thing actually improves concentration. It's best to eat whenever you start feeling hungry. I get up a 7ish, and I don't eat anything until 10ish, usually crackers and something with pure orange juice.

it's been proven that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. you wouldn't try to start your car without gas, would you?
try the breakfast burrito at mickey d's. it contains all the food groups, and is quite tasty. don't forget the o.j.
