Do a juice fast. As well as losing weight, it flushes all the toxins out of your system. It is very healthy, and many people do it. Drink juice that has been diluted with water everyday, and when getting off a fast, start with vegetables, broth, and foods that are easy to digest. When done right, the weight stays off. But don't do it for more then 10 days.

Drop 10 pounds of what? Do you want to lose fat, and be healthier, or just be 10 pounds lighter?
One pound of fat equals 3500 calories, so to lose 10 pounds of fat, you would have to burn 35,000 calories MORE than you take in over the 20 day period, so you would have to burn 1,750 calories MORE than you take in each day.
There is no way I could know how many calories your body burns per day, but for an example, since I know that you are overweight, I assume that your body doesn’t burn a lot of calories now. Even if you burn 2,000 per day, you would either have to cut your caloric intake down to 250 calories per day for 20 days, or exercise a LOT more than you do now, or a combination of both.
I assume that you are either too out of shape or unwilling to start exercising several additional hours per day, and cutting your caloric intake would result in serious malnutrition. After all, your body is already malnourished, or you wouldn’t be overweight. (It seems backwards, but that’s really the cause of overweight – not enough nutrition).
You can lose weight very fast by dehydrating and losing muscle mass. This is done by denying your brain glucose. Simply eat nothing but protein. It will cause you much harm, but you will get smaller quite fast, because muscle is much denser than fat, so a little lost muscle really shows up on the scale. Plus, your body will try to flush out the poison that builds up, so you will dehydrate, and water is quite heavy.
Of course, if you keep this up, you will get very ill, but if you stop, you will gain fat much faster than you did before, because since it is your muscle that burns the fat, and you will have less muscle, your body will burn less fat and store more of it. Either way, you will be in worse shape than before.
On the other hand, you can change your body chemistry, and you body will automatically shed fat like water.
Simply eliminate the following five things from your diet and you will lose fat without losing muscle mass or getting sick. They are:
1) ALL Dairy products
2) Meat including shellfish and eggs, however, clean fish such as cod, salmon are ok in moderation.
3) ALL Sugar
4) ANYTHING with chemicals in it
5) ANYTHING with wheat in it.
You see, your body cannot burn fat and store fat at the same time. Eliminating these things will clean you out and change your blood chemistry so as to cause you to burn fat all the time, even when you’re asleep.
You’ll lose fat like water, without losing water or muscle, which you need to keep to stay healthy.
Eliminating the above list from your diet will work, but there must be no exceptions. It is a chemistry thing. If there is even a trace of pork, or sugar, or any of these things in your system, it’s all for nothing.
But if you do this, get ready to be in the best health of your life. You’ll feel great and lose fat like water.
Eat walnuts, clean fish, or olive oil every day. Eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you can afford one, get a Jack La Lane juicer, they are the best on the market.
Exercise is always good, but you don’t have to exercise for this to work, just stick to the list and watch it happen.
If you think you can’t maintain, just remember, cravings for bad foods are only temporary, and after a week or so, they will be gone completely.
So forget about calories, just eat whatever you want, as much as you want, whenever you want, as long as it conforms to the above list. Your body will automatically seek its ideal weight.

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

eally do not think it is possible unless it is just water weight... starve and exercise and that would not be healthy for you....but just do a lot of exercising and see how much you can burn off..
