Quietly slip away so he thinks you're gone, stealthily stalk him back...... then when the right moment comes, take him somewhere quiet for a chat & a "cuddle" (in other words get him in a headlock and make sure he knows what's coming to him if he doesn't pack it in).
Or if he's bigger than you, make a note of all incidents and pass them on to the Police.

if ur serious protecting her , change the phone number. this is shorten the range who knows that number. there is no use. make a report. describe the facial of that guy so the police will do the work. buy a pepper spray and take along where ever she go. this will help. and the last if he really show up, kick his 'stick' hard so that he have time to call the cops before he gets up.
