As a Scientologist and an Athiest...I really dont like the continual contradiction that is christianity and those who defend it....its insane...Im gay as well.

Christians are called to love everyone that does not mean we agree with everyone and everything. No where does the Holy Father state we should hate anyone. We as Christians are told to speak the truth in love. This means that we are to let others know when they are doing wrong. It is then up to them to choose to correct themselves or continue in that sin. It's called being your brothers keeper. As a Catholic and a heterosexual I really don't hate anyone but I can't say I have any deep abiding feeling for atheism and Scientology or what I see as an abomination. I do however care about people. It's called hate the sin and love the sinner.

The Catholic church is waging war on education.

The Catholic church is one of the most corrupt & subversive organizations operating openly in the US. And, 5 of the 9 current US Supreme Court Justices, including the Chief Justice, are Catholics.

While Americans have been sleeping and wasting our time playing video games or drinking beer, the pope has taken over the nation.

And, that's why it is important to oppose these subversive agents when the opportunity arises. If we don't, we will all be paying even more taxes to Rome. And, the GOP has already given them tens of millions of our dollars.

Please don't think that ALL christians think that way. Because we don't. I find it hipocritical that the pope even said that considering what happened in his very own church! Does he think we forgot about all that? The only parts that I believe in the Bible are what Jesus stated and that is to love everyone as you love yourself. Today's Christian should start preaching that more rather than persecuting other people. So I agree with you on that. Please don't hate all christians on the actions of some closed minded ignorant people.

There is a difference between love and approval. Parents learn this really fast with their children.

God loves everyone. This does not mean the He (or She) approves of our behavior.

God has revealed to us how he wants us to behave. We practice our free will to obey or disobey His commandments.

I honestly do not see any contradiction.

With love in Christ.

You have to understand that the Bible is interpreted/created by man, which leads to flaws in it's interpretations.
