Yep.... You typically wont find it in your normal grocery stores though.
Look for it at import stores from The Cost Plus and The World Bazaar folks.
Some spice places will carry regional goods like that too. I'd hit the yellow pages if I were you.

A lot of groceries carry Marmite which is the English equivalent.
