There are no contradictions in the Bible, and yes I read the site. Example one..like where it says I have seen God face to face, and Jesus said no man has seen God at any time. For starters Jacob wrestled the preincarnate Jesus. Jesus is God. Jesus said no man has seen God, meaning nobody has seen God in his glory. There is no contradiction there. All of these 'contradictions' are based on ignorance of the scriptures.

Okay this is going to take some time so I will do the so called factual errors
Kings 7:23 "He made a molten sea, ten cubits from the one brim to the other: it was round all about, and his height was five cubits: and a line of thirty cubits did compass it round about." Circumference = Pi() x Diameter, which means the line would have to have been over 31 cubits. In order for this to be rounding, it would have had to overstate the amount to ensure that the line did "compass it round about."
maybe they said it compass around it so they would know that it wasn't truly a full 10 cubit diamater???? also come on back then a cubit wasn't even set in stone its just the lenght of a persons forearm.
Lev 11:20-21: "All fowls that creep, going upon all four, shall be an abomination unto you." Fowl do not go upon all four.
(not sure what version you are looking at but this is what my bible says 20 ‘All flying insects that creep on all fours shall be an abomination to you. 21 Yet these you may eat of every flying insect that creeps on all fours: those which have jointed legs above their feet with which to leap on the earth. 22 These you may eat: the locust after its kind, the destroying locust after its kind, the cricket after its kind, and the grasshopper after its kind. 23 But all other flying insects which have four feet shall be an abomination to you) insects do.
Lev 11:6: "And the hare, because he cheweth the cud..." Hare do not chew the cud.
Deut 14:7: " "...as the camel, and the hare, and the coney: for they chew the cud, but divide not the hoof." For the hare this is wrong on both counts: Hare don’t chew the cud and they do divide the "hoof."
(they eat grass and if the people thougth they did at the time it was a way for God to get his point across to them He couldn't exactly tell them things that we understand today if they didnt' understand them back then. It would be like telling them not to talk to stupid people on the Internet they would have no idea. So instead it warns not to engage in idle babblings ;), but then again I never said I always listen lol.
Jonah 1:17 says, "...Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights" Matt 12:40 says "...Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly..." whales and fish are not related
(correct whales and fish aren't the same thing, but depending on who you talked to back in the day some people might not have known what a whale was when Johan was written, because Johan was written long before the book of Matthew was written.)
Matt 13:31-32: " "the kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed which…is the least of all seeds, but when it is grown is the greatest among herbs and becometh a tree." There are 2 significant errors here: first, there are many smaller seeds, like the orchid seed; and second, mustard plants don't grow into trees.
(okay mustard seeds were the smallest seeds they used and compared to other herbs it is much bigger my version says that birds of the air rested uppon it. Doesn't actually say a tree, but once again they wouldn't have known back then if it was techincally a tree or a big bush, it is using it as a comparion between other herbs and itself it is quite a bit larger.
Matt 4:8: " Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them." Unless the world is flat, altitude simply will not help you see all the kingdoms of the earth.
(it may not mean the phsical kindoms like individual lands, then again maybe it does, because Satan is supernatural and could show Him things, but I believe the part about taking him up on the mountain is more important for the next line, because he tempts Jesus saying if you truly are the son of God then jump off the mountain and your foot shall not be dashed against the stone, but anyway thats my answer. If you want any others answered please just email me I would love to talk with you about them.

I am checking it out, again.
Adam to die in the day he sinned. Age 930 is not 1000.
912, 910, 905, 895, 962,365, 969, 777, 950 none 1000.
No contridiction here.
Adam to Moses 2513 years, what a miracle.
Moses to David's death 516 years, what a miracle.
To Solomon's death 3069 after Eden.
To Jeremiah 3460 after Eden. All destroyed, Promised Land desolate, where is Where is Genesis to 2 Chronicles and some of the books of the prophets? at this point.
Jeremiah, Ezekiel and Daniel are writing in the worst of times. What does it matter 5th or 10th or both it is 3460.
All this and all else the bible has been through and the fact that for the last days KJV Bible 1611 + 303 = 1914 an excepted translation 2520 years after Daniel.
If you will read the life of Jeremiah, he should be given credit for evey mistake as something a decent human can correct for him. This is why it is by two or three witnesses. Not to difficult to determine who got it right. Ahaziah's [age 22 dies], father only lived to be age 40.
All the basic facts are there if any human gets with it serious and backs it up with math. I find errors to be minor and no threat to SALVATION. These men cared.
It is alright by me, the bible writers, translaters or what ever, the errors are correctable and understandable.
We have the book 6,072 after Eden, Satan has 6,130 years after Eden, Matt.24:3,7,14,15,22,36-38[ Only God knows day and hour he could cut it short]; Then we have Rev.20:1-6,12,13; the 1000 year reign of Christ. 7,130 years after Eden and all is perfect again.

Ha. . . I think there are more than these. It is a good work.
This is possible only in moden time, with the help of Computer. Remember, in olden days, Bible is hand written. Frankly, the central theme has not change, and the error is really minor and did not changed the meaning, message of the Bible. What is the problem?
Allow me to humbly describe the simple meanin/message of Bible. Man had sin against God right from the begining. In their own effort (example of Cain), it is impossible to reach out to him.
Salvation is by faith alone (Abraham was justified by faith in Gen 15), and right from the begining, the Lord had a plan of Salvation thru' Jesus. (Genesis 3, promised of a Son).
The old law is the forerunner of Jesus, that teaches us that Salvation is by sactificing the innocent blood of the lamb. Ultimately, the one prefect Lamb of God is Jesus, who died on the Cross once and for all, to all mankind.
If we sacrificed a lamb, and do not believe that it will save us, it is of no use. In the same manner, Jesus was sacrificed, and if we do not believe, it is of no use.
Without faith, it is impossible to please God. Faith comes from hearing, and hearing the word of God. Faith is substance hope for, evidence not found. Those who believe in the heart, and confess that Jesus is Lord shall be save.
This is the central, the rest are the ethical teaching, and the details way of the Love of God.
How about those contradictions? Well, to me, it does not change the love of God by a single bit. I can live with it.
Jesus loves you.

even as Jacob became buried at Machpela - his fathers ought to were buried at Shecham - Shecham: the most historic of the sacred cities of Palestine, placed in a appealing undeniable between the mountains of Ephraim, on the point of both hills Ebal and Gerizim. It became visited by technique of Abram on his first arrival contained in the promised land (Gen. 12: 6); Jacob offered land right here (Gen. 33: 18; Acts 7: 16; cf. Gen. 35: 4; Gen. 37: 14). It became later blanketed contained in the territory of Ephraim (Josh. 17: 7), and grew to change right into a Levitical city and a city of secure haven (Josh. 20: 7; Josh. 21: 21; a million Chr. 6: sixty seven). right here Joshua addressed the individuals (Josh. 24: a million), and the bones of Joseph were buried (Josh. 24: 32). right here Rehoboam got here to be topped contained in the desire of conciliating the northern tribes (a million Kgs. 12: a million; 2 Chr. 10: a million; see also Judg. 8: 31; Judg. 9: 6, 40 six; Judg. 21: 19; a million Kgs. 12: 25; a million Chr. 7: 28; Jer. 40-one: 5; playstation . 60: 6). the favorite city of Nablus lies close to the historic website of Shechem. Machpela: the field and cave offered by technique of Abraham (Gen. 23: 9, 17), the position were buried Sarah (Gen. 23: 19), Abraham (Gen. 25: 9), Isaac, Rebekah, and Leah (Gen. 40 9: 30-31), and Jacob (Gen. 50: 13). It became placed on the accurate of the hill on which Hebron became outfitted. the classic website is now occupied by technique of a mosque. Stephen became talking to the Sanhedrin - The Samaritans—the Jews’ bitterest opponents—had seized Shechem. The proud Jews, hence, ought to have finished some thing—per chance even going so a procedures as to falsify historic previous—to keep from having to confess that their ancestors were buried of their enemy’s land. This actual lends credibility to Stephen’s reality. Given the alternative of two solutions, one everyday yet unfaithful, the different authentic yet unpopular, Stephen doubtlessly may have chosen the latter.

Hey ! Every body - Bible is a made up document - it's high time all of us realize it and believe it whether we like it or not. It does not contain everything that Jesus said nor what His disciples wanted to tell - it's a fruit Salad of many beliefs practiced during that time - Emperor Justine and Constantine did up a book that we call the Bible today according to their liking.
So obviously it has contradictions - what's important is for us to realise what Jesus preached, what Samson, John and the others preached (they are all mixed in the Bible) and take the core message in it and practice - No longer we are killing or forcing people to change religions as it was done several centuries ago.

People who think the bible is anything but a collection of books written by mostly men, with the capacity to make mistakes has rocks in their head. Literal interpretation of any of these old sacred texts like the Koran or the Bible or the Torah is just stupid, they must be placed in literary/historical context.
When you do place these texts in literary/historical context, the spiritual poetry is moving, and well worth considering.

Since the bible is not reality based it is hardly surprising that it is error ridden and internally inconsistent. It's just a test of faith that god imposes - you have to turn off your brain and blindly accept absurdity as truth. Then everything makes sense, as long of course as you don't test against the real world.

Actually most of those contradictions are because he takes the verses out of conquest. For instance I could take one sentence from a presidential speech and use it to claim that the president was racist. Most of those supposed contradictions explain themselves IF you read the context.
