It takes about 2-3 days for food to be converted into fat. What you see on the scale is either the raw weight of the stuff you ate the night before (i.e. if you eat a 2 pound burger it'll be there in virtue of its weight) but the actual fat you added to your system won't show up until a couple of days later, after you've had a b/m etc. So it's likely that it's water retention (maybe what you ate was high in salt) or something that's a couple of days old.

You could be retaining water, or you could be bloated from the food that you ate. Make sure you drink 8 glasses of water a day, and when you eat, make sure that you don't eat all at once.

you need to throw your scale out the window. SO anyways they say once you reach a point where you basically level out....not lose any weight, not really gain, but you do the same work out..... then you have to increase your work out.
