Just say if a woman likes this guy, but have no other means of communication with him, should the girl seek him out and ask for his contact details etc.? Would this frighten the man away?
If he has shown slight interest, should she pursue or wait for him to make his first move even though he might never see her again?

it matters..but generaly it is assumed that a guy will move...but that is not neccessary in rely world...all assumptions are not true every time..so i wud like to suggest u that dont waste this oppertunity to say ur thoughts to someone who has the magic to let u fall in love..........destiny doesnot knocks the door daisly...dont wait..tak ur time n move.......m a guy here........best of luck...u can do...

If you like the person (regardless of if you are male or female) it starts off with making conversation and from there you will both know if you want to proceed any further. If the person wants to go further- offer the other party their phone number and say they would like to get together soon and have coffee or whatever. Don't beat around the bush-life is too short. This is the 2000 and the rules on that is that the either males or females could ask someone out. It is like in a bi female sexual relationship a female have to ask the other female out. So why could you ask a male out.
