It should be approved as a legal medicinal product under rigid conditions and controls, and with one condition: DON'T LET THE MULTI-BILLION-DOLLAR PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY GET ITS GREEDY PAWS INTO IT!

They'll figure a way to sell it for a hundred bucks a pill. Let those people who need it "grow their own" to keep costs down and keep supplies restricted to those who really need it. Otherwise, the drug companies will push it on every U.S. citizen, get us all hooked, and reap billions more in obscene profits. -RKO-

The concept of Medicinal Marijuana is false. It is simply one more step in the process by some people to get it legalized. Yes, I acknowledge that there is a benefit to a few people of Medicinal Marijuana, but that is not its purpose. I would be much more accepting of the idea to legally regulate it if an honest approach were taken.

Marijuana is often given to end stage cancer sufferers to deal with the pain. Unless they sell them off, then there is no reason to stop giving Marijuana out. Sort of like Demerol or Morphine, except it's "illegal."

definately approve. i think they should totally legalize it also. and tax it. it would generate billions of tax dollars. but set it up only in certain places. like alcohol. you can smoke at home or at a bar, but not while driving. that sort of thing.
