I had the best luck avoiding cavities by brushing 4 times a day.

Just make sure youre using a soft bristle brush, and not pushing hard on your teeth while you brush.

If enamel is an issue to you, you might consider drinking loads of milk and taking tums, cause they will both increase your calcium. Dont overdo it on the tums, though, just a couple a day, or else they will strip you of calcium you already have.

every thing in excess is always bad
brushing in excess will gradually wear out enamel the process is abrasion nd that will make ur tooth sensitive to hot and cold which will give u feeling of pain so better brush twice a day but u can rinse ur mouth after every meal that will be more helpful!

It is not how many times a day you brush, it is if you are brushing properly. It is okay to brush three times a day. Just make sure you are through at least twice.morning and night.
