I am 12. I want to know how to deal with this.

based on your age, i'm assuming they're back teeth.
try chewing on the opposite side when your're eating. as your permanent teeth erupt (push through) they will loosen you primary (baby teeth) more. that's the time to bite the bullet (so to speak) and give them a good wiggle. there are also topical preparations that can numb the gums. if it's really unbearable, talk to your parents about getting some for you. good luck

In such type of cases - mouthwash with water having little bit salt and alum twice a day after brushing up - has yielded good results.

You need to go to the dentist and he will refer you to see a gum specialist. They will treat it well.

drink los of milk ths will add calcium which will in turn strengthen your teeth.
