I don't know about the laws in Michigan, but my boyfriend has been a cop in PA and MD now, and usually, you need a solid piece of evidence that there is drug trading going on. Cops usually don't do drug raids, the Drug Task Force of that city should do it. They are the people who dress in plain clothes, do the deal and then the cops come in to bust the people, because that is the evidence.

Had an similar problem right here awhile in the past. We called the police always...everytime a stereo were given grew to change into up or if there became an argument outdoors...some thing. in case you call the police in many circumstances adequate, they are going to do some thing in order that that they don't pick to search for suggestion from from you anymore. yet another chance - call the law enforcement officials from a payphone and go away an nameless record that you imagine you may have purely heard gunshots. that ought to get them transferring.
