YES BUT THAT IS VERY BAD FOR YOU

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

ALSO....
i found this artical called "50 Habits of "Naturally Thin" People
How to get Started:Decide how much you want to loose and see how many calories a day it will take to make it happen by year's end. Then, work into your routines however many of these eating tweaks and exercises you need to achieve your goal.
Slash 250 cal.s a day to lose about 25 lbs. in a year, Slash 500 cal.s to loose 50 pounds.
This is based on a 150-pound person: you may need to cut more/ fewer calories depending on ur weight, age & gender. It also assumes your normal calorie intake essentially stays the same and your weight is stable.

Yeah.

A LOT of weight. And you'll probably keep losing weight long after you can no longer gain any. (like you're never gonna eat again cause you're going to get buried/cremated)

I've read a newspaper article about some hindu(or was it buddhist) woman who did a ritual meditation/death by fasting. She survived on orange juice alone for something like 8 months(the article said nothing about how many gallons of juice she drank each day however). Then she cut the juice and survived on water alone for a few more weeks before dying.

Depends on how many fruits you ate. One Banana is 80 calories. If you ate 25 bananas that would be 2000 calories. You probably would not lose weight. I would not suggest eating fruit and water for a month because it will make you lose muscle which you need to burn fat and also you'd be robbing your body of vital nutrients. You could get Bone Loss, Rickets etc. Good luck. You probably need 1200-1600 Calories a day to sustain body functions as a teenager. So if you cut back and exercise you will lose weight but it will depend on your expenditure of calories vs your intake.

You will lose weight and you won't die from from a lack of food in a month, but if you don't drink enough and add vitamins and minerals to your system, you can suffer serious damage. Your blood pressure will drop and you can pass out. If you don't stay active, muscle mass will decrease. Also, if you don't add ruffage to your system, your intestinal tract will go to sleep and if you have no b/ms, all the waste your body produces stays inside and that can cause all sort of things like hair loss, etc.

I know this because I once did a month without food when I was 19.

Lose Weight by Eating More

Is it possible to lose weight by eating more? Sure, if what you're eating more of are high-fiber foods. How is this possible? Simply put, fiber is a natural calorie absorption blocker.

A study performed by the USDA found that women who doubled their fiber intake from 12 to 24 grams per day absorbed 90 fewer calories. This equals losing 10 lbs. over the course of a year. Fiber keeps you full, thereby decreasing the total amount of calories consumed per day.

Fiber is extremely important to health and weight loss. So much so, the U.S. Food & Nutrition Board has set the first recommended daily intakes: men up to age 50 need 38 grams of fiber per day and women need 25 grams per day. To reach these recommendations, a minimum of 6 servings of fruits and veggies and 3 servings of whole grains are needed daily.

So where can you find fiber? Here is a list of foods that will help you reach the daily fiber intake recommendations:

Onions (1/3 cup = 1 gram)
Broccoli (1/2 cup = 2 grams)
Oranges (1 orange = 3 grams)
Flaxseed (1 tbsp. = 1 gram) ~ sprinkle on cereal or in yogurt
Asian pears (1 pear = 4 grams)
Almond butter (2 tbsp. = 2 grams)
Hot chocolate (1 cup = 3 grams)
Rye bread (1 slice = 2 grams)
Beans (1/2 cup = 6 grams)
Oregano (1 tsp. = 1 gram)
Basil (1 tsp. = 1 gram)
Light popcorn (1 bag = 8 grams)
Chickpeas (1/2 cup = 6 grams)
Frozen chopped spinach (1/2 cup = 2 grams)
Whole wheat pasta (1 cup = 5 grams)

Other foods high in fiber include: oat bran, oatmeal, flour or whole wheat tortillas, mushrooms, sesame-seed buns, low-sodium V8, sweet potatoes, wild rice, cauliflower, carrots, nuts, and berries.

Did you mean "can you die?" yeah you can :) Loosing weight by starvation is very unhealthy. When you don't eat you loose weight but you also loose muscle and deprive your body of nutrients you need to function. When you start to eat again your body remembers that it has been with out food and will store more fat then before making you gain back more weight then you have lost. Eat healthy, exercise and be patient :)

People can survive for around a week without food. But as far as losing weight goes, starving doesn't do a permanent job. Your body will get such a shock that when you eat it'll store as much as possible and that means weight...

Yes, however it will mostly come from muscle tissue, and you will end up with a low metabolism, low vitamin/mineral, low emotional state.
Don't do that, believe it or not, you will lose more body weight from eating more, but smaller amounts.
The smaller meals keep "insulin" levels down. (insulin carries nutrients to muscles and organs) but a big meal causes too much insulin, which makes it store the extra calories as bodyfat.
Also every time you eat, digestion increases your metabolism.
Do you get it, continuious small meals = Small insulin response + increased metabolism. Eat, eat, eat, but small. Good luck.

when u stop eating even for a day your body goes into starvation mode. this was the body's way of coping when food was scarce before we had things like shops.. ur body stores everything u ate recently in itself as fat, and instead of burning the fat it keeps storing it to help u survive till there is food again. ur metabolism will slow down also so when u excersies etc u wont burn much fat so it can save it for later. so u will lose muscle tone as ur body will turn this into fat also, and muscle weighs more then fat so when ur muscles start to turn to fat u will "lose weight" but u wont have lost any fat. in fact ull have more. also ull be dehydrated and malnutrioned, not good looks or good for ur skin or hair. ull just look sick and flabby really, and have no stregnth. i dont suggest trying it out. if u want to lose weight the best way is to eat normally.. fruit and veg have no fat eat as much as u want just increase ur activity. the more u do the more fat u brun, but not when ur bod is starving. good luck oh u havent eatin in a week? then ur bod is already fast at work truning ur lean beautiful muscle into FAT!! ur body decides it dont need muscle as soon ull be to weak to use it but it needs fat to keep u alive so it makes the switch and guess what its awfully hard to make it go back! go and have some fruit ull feel better for it and u can lose weight without hurting urself, excersisie sweetie. no boy is worth this...

you will lose hydration and muscle tone, as well as fat. It's not the best way to lose weight... in fact, you probably will be very ill by the end of the first week, let alone a whole month.
