Is it Phillips Camcoder, or ETI?
ETI version can be downloaded here:

for just $13.49 (around £7.50) - A bargain for such a good piece of software.
Note, this is version 2.02, so I imagine you have an old, outdated, warez (illegal) version.

you need to find a crack program to crack it. you can probably find it at (cracks.am) or just search keyword keygen for the program at google or ask.com
