what is the point of fall in love?marriage? or just holding hands having sex for the rest of your life?

The point to fall in love is to find a mate to reproduce in the Stone Ages. Then, it evolved to raising social status, getting connections...(still is) Then, somehow there was the idea of free love (show in the 60's). People realize that people have a choice to love who ever they want. Love is programed in to the mind. Being in love with another person gives enjoyment, security and satisfaction that one is not alone and for happiness. But everyone point of view of love is different. It is very hard to describe and its definition is based on one's experience. A enlightened experence gives one a very positive outlook on it and having a bitter experience gives a negative outlook. If only one didn't have any emotions then one might ne happy.

Sex without love is like cookies without sugar in them. Nothin' better than love... especially a long love that goes with you to the end of your days. Marriage is work and love is work but it is a work you love. I'm sorry if you have not seen good examples of love and marriage. There are very good ones out there. You need to expand your view.

well, biblical, it's actually better to remain single, however, marriage was created because the sins of the flesh were too much for man to stay away from, so if you can't abstain, according to the Bible, you should get married to avoid the temptation. But get somebody who will give you what you need. On another note, so many people have STD's these days - do ya really want to catch it?

The purpose of falling in love is common to teens in the ages from the ages of 11... Falling in love is good because it means you wanna build a relationship with someone... It touches your heart and soul very deeply...

This is actually a very complicated question as i dont know still what is love...some say it is infatuation and some say it is affection..actually love is mysterious...but be normal and take whatever comes easy...we only make words ...love etc...but we dont know the meanigs of those..
