My 7 year old daughter has never had tears. Despite one doctors comment that "maybe she just hasn't had a reason to cry" she has had many crying moments, just no tears. There are no signs of her tear ducts being blocked.

I would go and get a second opinion.
Maybe ask to be referred to a ear nose and mouth specialist.

See a pediatric ophthalmologist. There may be a problem with the lacrimal (tear-producing) glands.
It's something that definitely would have me looking for a second opinion, if I were you.

keep on looking for a Specialist until someone takes you serious. start doing your own research from the library, internet, and asking other health care workers.

it is her tear duct as I am sure she has saliva ,and it all comes from the same place.

expose her eyes on onions...plenty of oinions!!!
