YOGA is A system of exercises which help you control of the body and mind. It also improves your breathing and focuses the alignment of your body.
Yoga calms the level of your stress and makes ur body feel light,relaxed,it also improves the level of breathing properly and improves health when properly inhaled and exhaled.
Yogas helps to improve health,helps to sustain youth,helps to concentrate well and focussed.
Areobic Means “In the presence of oxygen”. Aerobic exercise causes your heart to beat harder and faster, carrying more oxygen to your heart-at-work muscles.
It is actually a cardio vascualar exercise helps ur energy level to develope and develope vitality and fitness.
Yoga is better than aerobics.
But I think a combo of yoga and aerobis would together be excellent!!!!

Depends what you are hoping to acheive. Yoga is more relaxation based whereas aerobics is focussed on increasing energy levels.
