Please note, I am making a rule on this answer that any hateful responses will be reported.
Why is it all I see on this website is Christians calling atheists dumb and empty, and atheists calling Christians stupid for believing in a God and Christians yelling at Islamics to join now are die? What is the root of all of this stereotyping and blatant hate? I have yet to see one person here who acts like a true Christian or Muslim, it seems to me that atheists are the only people here who act like atheists and that is only because atheists are not bound by any specific suit to fit into.

I do get what you are getting at Ernie, but in telling atheists they are empty and soulless, do you think that is going to help your side at all?

Religious hatred stems from people not being tolerant of someone elses religion. The problem is that people do all sorts of wickedness in the name of religion. Atheists in particular are more prone to wicked acts because they simply don't choose to limit themselves. They believe it's ok to drink, smoke, fornicate, adulterize, etc. This, in my opinion, is a poor attempt by the atheists to forego any kind of negative repercussion to the heinous act.
That is why Christians can tend to be intolerant of those who "dis" on their religion.

A law against religious hatred will encourage religious extremism by shielding religious leaders from legitimate criticism.
So far the debate about the proposed religious hatred law has focused on the rights of secular critics to speak out, but the majority of religious followers also stand to lose. Freedom of criticism protects gullible followers from manipulation by scheming leaders, whether priests or imams.

You forget Christians and all others on here are human. We are fallible and this is a topic that is very near our hearts. We do the best to answer politley, but when we are attacked, out human nature wants to defend. Hopefully, you understand what I'm getting at.

I know not why, but the people of other faiths are lazy and ignorant of thier own beliefs, so they lash out to hide their faults. Allah be praised, Islam is a faith so pure and decent we have to defend it with the blood of our martyrs who are lounging in Paradise.

There are plenty of meaningful responses on here, and there are plenty of stupid responses (which you are free to ignore, just as I am). Disagreement is not hate. Anger is not hate.

People think that it is a sin to be nice to people who believe in other creater other than the one they believe in. They side with their creater. that is really why it happens.

We're not all like that; I do my best to keep it on topic, without mudslinging or generalising people.
