Possibly 300 million people have died from secular regimes and wars. World War 1, World War 2, Vietnam War, Korean War, Gulf War 1, Gulf War 2, various civil wars worldwide, Leninist and Stalinist Russia, Communist China, Communist Cuba, Communist North Korea, Pol Pot's Cambodia, various revolutionary wars worldwide, it goes on and on. The past, the present, and unfortunately in the future.

Before everybody jumps on the bandwagon about how these figures are going to be a perfect example of the insanity of religion, let's try to remember that there's no such thing as an offensive Holy War, except what's been invented by mankind. It's not the fault of the religion, it's the fault of the (severely) misguided instigators.

More then should have ever been. The history of the church is unfortunate but please do not lump the terrible things done in the name of Christianity (i.e. the crusades) with true Biblical Christianity which is to be forgive of your sins by the blood of Jesus Christ. He never told anyone to go to war for Him He only told us to make disciples for Him.
