well we are what he says "friends" and we have known eachother 4 ummmmm 2yrs and we always laugh together but sometimes he either picks on me or seems annoyed

Does not call if he says he will.
Does not take you out on dates.
Does not come over to your house and/or invite you to his.
Makes up excuses to get off the phone every time you call.
Avoids you at all cost.
Your putting more effort into keeping in contact and see each other than he is.
Breaks dates or never asks you to go on a date.
The only time he is interested in you is when your in bed and after that you only see him again when he is interested in sex.

Pick that up and read it.
