First you tease her. Something that is not offensive.
Then talk something about smart topics.
But then again, it all depends on the type of girl the person is. Some girls doesn't want serious talks.

Practice, practice, practice!
Study the "how to" books.
Practice making conversation in a mirror!
Go to the field and talk aloud to your wonderful new "unseen", "mysterious" friend!
Then go to the places you frequent...clubs, school, grocery store, gatherings and practice some more.
Practice looking persons in the eye, smile, and say "G'day". Be happy! Be friendly! (But not stupid!)
One on one: Turn the conversation to the girl's interests. Ask how her day was? Find out her values and what matters to her? Ask about her hobbies, interject the things you enjoy. Don't think about your shoes, your hair, what she may be thinking! Forget about it! Just have fun getting to know someone new.
Know your current events so you can discuss what's going on in the world today. Talk about people you admire, such as those amongst us who have contributed to society, nationally, internationally, and in your own back yard. Be interesting in telling a story!
Don't be afraid to make a mistake...pat yourself on the back, you tried! Remember, there are many persons who will appreciate your attempt to know them and will admire the interest you have taken.
Before bed, give yourself a handshake! Say, I'm getting better and better! Tomorrow, I will succeed.

attempting to get her to regulate, as you stated, isn't the acceptable thanks to bypass about it. you'll finally end up pissed for each little element mutually with lighters. actual, you dont sound that affected individual both. attempt gazing adult males and take notes on how they behave that dont get a lot of girls drawing near them. Theyre compromising and affected individual. only a tip. If she's nicely worth it that is needed to placed some attempt into it. No time like the prevailing! ;) GL
