I believe so. Look at Adam and Eve God made the perfect mate for Adam. So I believe He makes someone for each of us. The question is are we patient enough to wait for the person God has made for us or do we marry the first person we can.

after living on this earth for 40 years i have to say i do believe there is someone for everyone , the problem is i don't think we see it all the time and many never find the true person for themselves because we have become so caught up in all the distractions living today can bring. and we miss or never take those little opportunities that may come .

On one level it is definitely yes. On a deeper level everyone is your soulmate. This site explains this. Are you and I soulmates?

I don't believe in soulmates or destiny.
I believe in making choices and live with the consequences whether it is good or bad and creating (not waiting) my own happiness.

I think so. God made Eve for Adam. So, why should he make a special someone for you?

It is up to each of us to make do with what we have. I've failed so far but I do not expect to just bump into a heavenly-sent fix. Would not mind it but...;)
