You can't make bread in a microwave oven, unless your microwave oven doubles as a convection oven.
Making whole wheat bread is quite a lengthy process as you have to let it rise before you bake it. It's a lot easier if you have a bread machine as it mixes, proofs, and bakes.
But, if you still want to make bread at home, here's a recipe you can use from allrecipes.com. It's rated 5-stars by 109 people.
Buttermilk Honey Wheat Bread
Submitted by: Tom Denney
"A very nice whole wheat bread with the taste of honey. Great right out of the oven."
Original recipe yield: 1 loaf.
INGREDIENTS:
* 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
* 1 cup whole wheat flour
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 3 tablespoons honey
* 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1 1/2 cups buttermilk, at room temperature
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine the yeast, whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking soda, salt, honey, oil, and buttermilk into pan of a bread machine.
2. If baking in bread machine use medium temperature setting.
3. If baking in an oven, use manual or dough cycle to knead dough. Remove from bread maker, and place in a greased loaf pan. Let rise until doubled in size. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F (175 degree C) oven for 25 minutes, or until bottom of loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
The instructions above is made for a bread machine. However, you can use a mixer with a dough hook to knead the dough.

No you can not make bread in a microwave. You need heat to make it rise. And heat to bake it. Get a book on bread and maybe a machine if you don't want to do it from the beginning. It isn't''t easy to make from scratch in the beginning with out help. It involves timing and temperatures.
