Seems that rich snooty people are passive when they have something rude to say. Just enough so that they dont have to stand behind what they are saying. Shouldnt that be considered rude? They like to believe they are smart, but really they are afraid of confrontation. Isnt it more polite to state your opinions bluntly so that if the person has a legitamate opposition he has the opprotunity to argue for it.Being passive aggressive back works fine, but not how I would choose to argue.

You really should study the English to understand this question better.
But to answer your question from me. No it is not best to argue. Open confrontation solves nothing, it is obnixious and rude. Stating opinions bluntly is not the best way, you have heard that they are like assholes. Everybody has them and they all stink. Also the soical world is a political world. By not being openly aggresive with people, you are able to get a better grasp of their intilegence and ability to mentaly stand up.
So, it is far more polite to hold back comments that will start a fight. Small little comments that let people know you disagree with their stance, but not so in an open hostil way is the best way to go.

Being rude IS rude, you are right on that one. I personally detest confrontation, but I AM as blunt as a 12 pound sledge hammer, so I often find myself in confrontations. However, I will utilise the passive aggresive approach when it suits my purposes. In fact I feel that one of the worst things these days is how rude people are, but that has a great deal with the egocentricity prevalent today.

Depends whether you want something. Being blunt may give you a thrill, but it wont influence people to your way of thinking usually.
