If you water your face, like you water a plant? Can you even grow bread? That'd be really useful for all the starving people if they can grow bread just by watering their face.

yup. you plant wheat, add yeast, and water on your face. and then you wait a couple weeks for it to ferment. of course, you can't wash your face in that time so its a very tricky buisness. produces top quality bread though so its something you may still want to look into.
