No i dont like skinny guys with a six pack, I mean its better than just being skinny without the six pack, but I like a Buff guys (big muscular arms etc) with the six pack

If you are indeed already skinny, you've got a gigantic head start on the rest of everyone else. Go and buy a Gym Ball, or Swiss Ball. Basically a big re-inforced beach ball and start working your upper, lower, and obliques and you should definately start to see results in 3 weeks. You only need to work your abs 1-2 a week 3 set until exhaustion for every exercise.

I suggest doing more difficult crunches but even if you have great abs it is possible that you won't have a six pack. Situps without support are good because you are using your abs not your legs to pull up your torso.

Eat hella tuna, drink liquid protein after workouts, and lift weights and do situps.
Maybe get an Abslide. :)
