i wouldn't worry too much about what you take in high school. focus more on getting good grades, and enjoying your favorite subjects. that way you'll be better prepared for college, which is what will matter more when it comes to preparing for your planned career. it may turn out you change your mind in college, so try not to stress too much about it now!

High school does not really give you much to offer or choose from in the profession you have chosen.
Possibly, biology, or any health type class.
I would suggest a trade school during your summer break.
