Various F 16's have various engines, but 86% of the F16's have a GE F110 engine.

It generates between 27,000 and 32,000 lbs of thrust, or about 120 kN and 142 kN.

Calculating power is a little more difficult. By definition, the power generated by a jet engine is determined by the thrust produced and (i believe) the velocity of the exhaust (any aero engineers here?).

Since I don't know the exhaust velocity of the engine, I can't calculate the power for you. This velocity will also depend on the conditions the engine is operating in (alt, etc.)
