Short answer:

No way!

Long answer:

It's not really possible to "put a password in [photoshop]", as that would require disassembly (you need to be licensed to do that), or the original source code (definitely not licensed) to Adobe PS, but it is possible to restrict access to Adobe PhotoShop through the use of file permissions. You will need to establish more than one user account, and you will need to login to your user account every time you want to run Adobe PS. On UNIX systems, such as Linux, OS X, or SGI-Irix you can open a console window (Terminal for OS X) and use the "chmod" and "chown" command to remove the execute permission for all users except yourself:

chown $YOUR_USERNAME_HERE_WITHOUT_DOLLAR /bin/aps
chmod a-x,u+x /bin/aps

where /bin/aps is the location of your Adobe PhotoShop executable.

In the case of Windows XP Home, this can be done, but you will need to learn how to use SDDL (Microsoft: Security: TechNet) and the "cacls" tool. In Windows XP Professional, or other Windows lines based off of Windows NT, you can disable the "simple file permissions" option in the Folder Options dialog, and then select the properties for the Adobe PhotoShop program:

Right click on the shortcut to Adobe PS. Click on the Target tab. Click on Find Target. Right click on the file selected by Windows, and click Properties. Look for a tab called Security, and customize as you see fit.

It would probably be best to remove all the Execute permission ticks in the checkboxes that are available. Pick each user principle shown (groups and users in the list), and remove the Execute permission to do this. Be sure to add your own username with the Execute or Full permissions!
