Chocolate cake.Cake has flour so there are your grains. It has sugar,a vital source of energy. At least one egg, which can be considered to be in the meat group.Oil for a shiny head of hair(hey oil is good for animals coats so why not?) All in all I would say chocolate cake is the perfect food.
