My wife and I have just hit rock bottom and I think it's finally over. She and her meathead brother basically stole my dog tonight, and he threatened me if I tried to take it back. What do I do? I have the original papers I got when I got the dog. This dog is my life, please help me.

Cops. Threatening to kill someone is a felony. You have the papers and it's your dog. Do what you have to do and get a restraining order against these jerks.
Change your locks, don't leave the dog alone in the yard, and apply for a gun permit if you have to!

Hey, you got the papers. I think you should have the authorities come. They'll help you. They'll make unjustice end.

Call the police and tell them that your ex-girlfriend STOLE YOUR dog! Tell them you even have the papers that prove that He/she is yours. They will come over look at the papers. Then you will get your dog back!YEY! Sorry that happened!

Call the cops get a lawyer, it doesn't matter what they have or don't, you have the papers and the proper authority. Call the police, make a scene, make them pay a fine. Whatever you do, don't just sit and take it.

I agree with Geek, calm down. I know how upset you must be, but a calm head tomorrow will certainly be better. Besides, she wouldn't hurt him!!?? Steal him back, but not tonight. Tonight is apparently very emotional, right!! You will get him back!!
