is there a way to get someone legal to work or to become a citizen even if they were deported before ???????????/

that's a pretty dumb question (no offense) but if they were deported the first time why didn't they come back legally. they should have come here legal the first time. its kind of a shame that they were deported 3 times and still have not learned a lesson

Um, for the now I would suggest putting an ad in the paper and get yourself a new employee or whatever....one that can legally work in the US...

There is no way. They are excludable for ten years under section 212a9a of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

Yeah, they can become a citizen, just pick a different country this time.
