I don't know what "Icuii" is, but you can try this.
Enter in the CD and go to my computer and right click on the icon of your CD player and click open. Here you will see all you files that are on the CD and know you have the choice of opening up a single file without running all the other at the same time. You see,.... when the program "Icuii" should and most likely will be a separate file than the file that is a timer allowing you only so much time to use it. You might have to play around with the files in the CD until you find the right one, but it is in there. Once you find it open it and run it. When you get better you can learn how to copy on the file that you want out of a CD and burn it to a separate disk and have it forever.

Icuii - you can always ask someone from icuii if they have an extra serial, you know they often give a free when someone purchased the program and many have only one PC and do not use the free one. I am a regular on icuii, probably have seen you. The only other option I know is to purchase the serial, because you only get one trial, and downloading it again will not help with the trial, but if you have another PC that you have not used the trial, you can use it on that PC.

you can use the trial version programs by reinstalling the operating system. Another way is by deleting the registry entries which is not that easy to do....you can get cracks but thats illegal...
