why these days very sad for me i m loosing my confidence..?all around methings happning its not talrable ?

very small things give me tension but last 3rd jul i one cousin murderd by someone why this happening in my life...

sorry too that I can only say that sometimes bad things happen to good people for no apparent reason.
I can tell you that bad times are just like goood ones.... sooner or later they come to an end....

Chances are the murder had absolutely nothing to do with you. The technical term is "bad luck," and it happens. There's no reason it should shake your confidence, unless you were in some way responsible for protecting the cousin that was murdered. If so, then of course you need to examine what you did wrong and work to correct it.

Confidence comes not from always doing everything right, but from learning from your mistakes. Now, I could point out that you made some English mistakes in your question, and if you went back and corrected them, would you gain confidence? Would you say "Well, now I know. I'll do better next time"? Or would you say, "I must be quite worthless if I can't even write a sentence or two without making an error"?

We learn, little by little. No matter what errors you have made in the past, no matter how hard it may be to correct those errors, that's the way we learn, whether it is in languages or in repairing cars or in nuclear physics.

Don't take other people's errors onto yourself, and don't take the attitude that mistakes are proof you are unworthy, but just correct them and go on. As my grandmother used to say, that's why they put erasers on pencils!
