Why do you want to kiss a girl? Are you in a position to have a permanent relationship with anyone at all? Have you found the right person to have a permanent relationship with?
See, kissing (unless it's just a chaste peck on the cheek) is a step in the direction of a one-flesh relationship.
And the bond created by a one-flesh relationship is so close that you need to make the move from mom and dad being most important to her being the most important to you besides God.
And then you need to make a permanent, exclusive commitment - because if you become physically one with someone and then break up, you leave a bit of yourself with her, and she with you.
It for sure doesn't make sense to have sex until you have a permanent relationship (i.e. get married); indeed, it doesn't make sense to even take steps down that road until you are absolutely sure you both want a permanent relationship (i.e. you're at very least engaged to be married).
Please think about it.

Aw, man just hang in there!! Don't rush yourself. The first kiss is supposed to be a special thing so wait until you find that special person to share it with. You will get it just be patient. Good luck and God bless!!!

Find someone you conneect with, and if you ever just say a random thing like, "I still haven't gotten my first kiss." Then just MAYBE you might get one.
I got mine by doing that, and it was my ex who gave me it. Too bad she missed out on a good future... damn girl. (not all females, just her)

hang in there... dont go around kissing for the heck of it. kisses are special , only for loved ones. when the right gal comes along, itll jus happen, be patient .

go out with a girl, and after a week or maybe two, just hold her in your arms, and kiss her.
