What are your interests?
All countries have something to offer in the way of a new 'experiences'
The experiences can be good or bad depending upon the circumstances.
I loved Japan. I taught myself to read Hiragana and some Kanji which made traveling easier.
I also enjoyed Germany, Holland, Italy, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark, Canada, Mexico, Austria, and Finland.
Wonderful people, food, entertainment and scenery.
Much depends upon your budget, your willingness to "rough" it in some places if you are not cash heavy.
You can backpack all over Europe. Buying rail passes here in the US for use overseas is an absolute must. That's the best bargain European Rail pass gives you unlimited travel for a certain period of time.
Stay away from the 'guided' tours unless you are completely incapable and afraid to venture out.
There is so much to see and to on your own (or with a group of friends) that is off the beaten path. Bed & Breakfast, Hostels, camping all good ways to see the country.
Use common sense, get vaccinated, take time to read about where you are going, lots of travel books both online and in print.
Don't expect things to be just like here in the US.
Be careful of their laws. Many countries have more freedoms than we have and many have less (more restrictive) freedoms. Be aware of your surroundings. One example: in Amsterdam you can smoke pot, other places you will wind up in prison for many years.
Some places are very expensive to travel to. Japan, for example, when I was there the average cup of coffee cost 500 yen. With the exchange rate that was in force at the time that was almost $5.00.
Back in 1994, a can of soda, a pack of cigs cost almost $5.00 in Italy.

It depends on your interesting.
I'm traveling for years and I've visited many countries. Every one is beautiful (there are some exceptions) and you can find many interesting places there.
Try to avoid 'guided' tours but find hotel offers to save money (Internet is helpful), learn the way of living in the country you visit, meet the local people and speak with them, taste their food, visit their villages not only the big cities.
I like Mexico, Chile, Morocco, Capo Verde, Norway, Finland, Italy, India, Canada, Russia, Sweden, Australia (it's a country-continent), France, Island and Greece.
I vote :Greece .
I lived there. It's AMAZING! Historical places, amazing scenery, beaches, beautiful villages, friendly people and very good food.
Good luck.

SINGAPORE...
Singapore has a relatively low crime rate, it's one of the few countries you can feel safe walking around late at night. But even still, don't take statistics for granted.
I had include some place attraction for your reference
1) Singapore Zoo - The best "open concept" zoo ( http://www.zoo.com.sg )
2) Night Safari - The world's first wildlife park built for visits at night. ( http://www.nightsafari.com.sg/index.html... )
3) Sentosa (Siloso Beach) join the young Singaporean playing beach volleyball here... ( http://www.sentosa.com.sg/index.html...... )
4) Shopping - U can shop at Singapore's 24-hour mall, the popular Mustafa Centre and choose from over 120,000 products... Takashimaya one of the largest department stores in the region... Suntec City 7 million square feet of convention, exhibition, office, retail space...
5) Cludding - - Zouk
From a historic warehouse to a super club... The building itself consisting of three warehouses built on the Singapore River in 1919... Zouk mostly visited by students, model, hair stylist, young advertising exces of all race... Include foreign...
6) Food - Singapore is known as a food capital of Asia. Chinese, Indian, Malay, Indonesian, Peranakan, Western and other exotic foods are all available, making this tiny country a heaven for any food lover.
