PEANUT BUTTER PIE RECIPE
1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
½ cup confectioners sugar
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 chocolate crumb pie crust
In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese and sugar until creamy, add peanut butter and milk. Beat slowly until smooth, 3 minutes. Blend in the topping until no streaks appear. Pour into pie shell and freeze.
To serve, top with a mixture of whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup and a light sprinkling of crushed toasted peanuts.
CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER RIBBON DESSERT
12 Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies, divided
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed, divided
2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
Crush 8 of the cookies in resealable plastic bag with rolling pin. Mix cookie crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom of foil-lined 9x5-inch loaf pan. Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gently stir in 3 cups of the whipped topping. Spoon 1/2 cup of the cream cheese mixture into small bowl. Stir in melted chocolate until well blended; set aside. Spoon half of the remaining cream cheese mixture over crust. Top evenly with chocolate mixture; cover with remaining cream cheese mixture. Freeze 4 hours or overnight until firm. Invert onto plate. Remove foil, then re-invert onto serving platter so that crumb layer is on bottom. Coarsely break the remaining
4 cookies. Top dessert with remaining whipping topping and cookies.
EASY PEANUT BUTTER NESTLE TREASURES ICE CREAM
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 pint whipping cream, whipped (about 5 cups)
1 (12 oz.) package Peanut Butter Nestle Signature Treasures, chopped
1/2 cup Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels
Line a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with heavy-duty foil.
Combine sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, water, vanilla extract and salt in large bowl. Fold in whipped cream, chopped Nestlé Treasures and morsels until combined. Pour into prepared pan. Cover; freeze for 6 hours or until firm. Remove from pan; remove foil. Scoop or slice into 8 slices.
COCONUT PEANUT BUTTER CUPS
1 cup of creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1 large egg
1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
2 cups of flaked coconut
Fifty 1 1/4 inch paper baking cups
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Place paper baking cups on cookie sheet. Set aside. Combine the peanut butter, sugar and egg in mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly with an electric mixer on low speed. Press 1 1/2 teaspoons of this mixture into the bottom of each paper cup. In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and coconut. Mix well with a wooden spoon. Add one teaspoonful of the coconut mixture on top of the peanut butter mixture in each cup. Bake for 20 minutes, until the tops are lightly browned. Remove from the oven. Cool on a wire rack. Remove from paper cups. Store in a cool place.

Oh!!! How about peanut butter s'mores?
Peanut Butter S'Mores
1 graham cracker (split into 2)
1 large marshmallow or a few minature ones
Creamy Peanut Butter
Chocolate syrup
Coat each cracker with peanut butter
Put minature marshmallows on 1 cracker or cut the larger marsmallow into smaller pieces.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with other cracker half.
Microwave on a microwave safe bowl for 15-20 seconds.
SOOOOOO GOOD but sooooo messy! ENJOY!

YABBA-DABBA DOO SQUARES
1/4 c. butter
3 c. miniature marshmallows
3 c. Fruity or Cocoa Pebbles
1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
Melt butter and peanut butter in saucepan, stirring frequently. Add marshmallows and cereal. Stir until marshmallows start to melt. Remove from heat. Press mixture firmly into greased 8 inch square pan. Chill about 1 hour. Cut into squares.

Peanut butter cookies with chocolate chips are to die for--- also have a friend sho spreads peanut butter into his sushi roll and adds dried fruit-- which actually is very good to eat

• 3/4 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
• 1/2 cup Crisco® All-Vegetable Shortening
• 1 1/4 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
• 3 Tablespoons milk
• 1 Tablespoon vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
• Preheat oven to 375ºF.
• Place sheets of foil on countertop for cooling cookies.
• Combine Jif peanut butter, Crisco® Shortening, light brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
• Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
• Add egg. Beat just until blended.
• Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
• Add to creamed mixture at low speed. Mix just until blended.
• Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
• Flatten slightly in crisscross pattern with tines of fork.
• Bake at 375ºF for 7 to 8 minutes or until set and just beginning to brown.
• Makes 3 dozen cookies

Peanut Butter Bars

INGREDIENTS:
3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 (16 ounce) jar SMUCKER'S® Natural Peanut Butter
3 cups crispy cereal or corn flakes
1 (16 ounce) package of semi-sweet chocolate chips
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIRECTIONS:
Melt butter over low heat in sauce pan.
In a mixing bowl, blend peanut butter and sugar. Add the melted butter and continue to blend.
Stir in cereal and spread evenly onto a 9 x 13-inch pan.
In a separate saucepan, melt the chocolate chips over low heat.
Spread melted chocolate evenly over bars. Refrigerate to cool. Cut into bars.

Ingredients:
48 HERSHEY'S KISSES Brand Milk Chocolates
1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup REESE'S Creamy Peanut Butter or REESE'S Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Granulated sugar
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F. Remove wrappers from chocolates.
2. Beat shortening and peanut butter in large bowl until well blended. Add 1/3 cup granulated sugar and brown sugar; beat until fluffy. Add egg, milk and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into peanut butter mixture.
3. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately press a chocolate into center of each cookie; cookie will crack around edges. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 4 dozen cookies.

• 1/2 cup Jif Peanut Butter
• 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 cup milk
• 16-ounce package (1 cup) semisweet chocolate pieces or 3/4 cup jelly
Directions
• Preheat oven to 350ºF.
• Cream brown sugar, Jif and butter.
• Beat in eggs and vanilla.
• Mix flour, baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
• Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, mixing till blended.
• Spoon a rounded tablespoonful of batter into greased muffin pans or paper bake cups in muffin pans.
• Place 10 to 12 chocolate pieces or 2 teaspoons jelly in center of each spoonful of batter.
• Top with a second tablespoonful of batter.
• Bake in 350ºF oven about 25 minutes or till done.
• Makes 18 cupcakes
