Global Warming will be dealt with whether we unite or not. Unfortunately the early consequences of global warming are more likely to create strife than unity. But I think the process of dealing with global warming is very likely to result in humanity being more united.
By the time global warming has been solved we will have a stable population, an economy based on renewable energy and will have finally learned how to live on Earth sustainably. I also think we will be much more united as well. However it may take us several hundred years to reach that point.

At this point, it doesn't look good, but even if global warming could be reversed, if it is in fact caused by burning fossil fuels and deforestation, humanity, in general, it seems, has not advanced spiritually enough to correct the problem. It seems we are just too rapacious and greedy by nature to appreciate the gifts of life. Maybe the only thing that can save us and planet Earth from ourselves, at this point, is the intervention of "a higher authority", but how that might be acomplished is anyone's guess.

Its not mankinds fault, therefore, there is not many things man can do about something that is periodic in the cycle of life in our sector of the universe. There is an energetic anomaly that has our grid perturbed and the sun spot activity is part and parcel to the scenario. One only has to pay close attention to all readings and weather anomalies that correlate with sun spot activity to get the connection. Why is it that the so called science kind of guys who spout the C02 garbage cannot or will not observe and process the information and logic at hand. And besides that we have more oxygens coming into that grid at all times. The earth cleans herself up pretty good.

NO, no matter how united we become we can't stop it. Global warming is a part of a natural cycle. the earth has been warming since the last ice age. the cycle is why the earth has had more than one ice age.

No.
We couldn't unite over whaling.
We can't unite over blue fin tuna.
We can't force our will on others.
Our best hope is to join up with as many other people as we can, say by signing the Kyoto accords, and hope that through political means (embargoes, tariffs, etc) we can change the minds of all the others.

No. In my opinion we will not. Individuals would have to all make personal sacrifices to help others, and we as a race are just not that "good". The only thing that will save us is running out of cheap oil, which may be starting to happen already.

allow me get this immediately ... we construct universities and artwork force them with experts in certain fields, acceptable? we grant those experts with funding to purchase kit and habit study, acceptable? those human beings take scholars and teach them for 3 or 4 years to some extent aspect and a number of them bypass on and habit study for 4 years to get a PhD, properly acceptable? So we enable surprisingly specialized human beings to coach human beings for years and years in surprisingly specialized aspects with surprisingly specialized kit and surprisingly specialized prognosis recommendations? those human beings bypass off and use the kit we offered for years and years, construct up their journey and information of that surprisingly specialized section? those surprisingly specialized human beings come decrease back to us and say 'we assume of the planet's warming and human beings are to blame' and then, the regular public turn round and say 'i imagine you're incorrect even although i will't even clarify how a barometer works'? that is thoughts-numbingly stupid. efficient, allow's bypass decrease back to the middle a even as and settle on each and everything on the theory of mob-depending 'trials' even as we are at it ...

Yes--I beleive so. If one person at a time begins to think and act according to the will of all, eventually enough people will begin to think and act this way and our energies and Will---will become very powerful.

To tell the truth I honestly don't believe we will because at the rate we're going we're just making things worse. It'll be too late by the time we actually try. The world is too worried about themselves...

I am certain mankind will get it together when the environmental changes directly affect their wallets in a negative way.
Sadly, it may be too late for many species of birds, plants and animals.
