I have a favorite snack I loooove but my friends find weird.
Its cucumbers soaked in Apple Cider vinegar.

You just described baby pickles. Yum. Your friends need to stop being twits and learn to try different things. One of my favorite foods is Long Johns fish soaked in vinegar. I even prick the fish first with a fork so it really gets in there. I make my own pickles from cukes in my garden. Pickled garlic is really good. Try adding some fresh herbs, especially rosemary or basil to your vinegar and soak the cukes overnight. Wow.

Never tried it, but it seems like others here have and like it as well. I am answering only because I'd like to share something. IN the Philippines we have an abundance of mangoes. I love ripe yellow mangoes,but some like them green and a little raw. Some people eat the green, sour mangoes with either salt or Vinegar or both. IT's not to my liking personally, but many like it and since some of you are quite andventurous and like the taste of vinegar on things, I reccomend you try it. It is an experience you will remember.

yummy, ... i love it, i tried it also with cucumber, and carrots in vinegar with cut hot green chillies, let it soaked really well,... just so yummy.
