Because of how my boss treat me, I get very mad and depress.
How can I not feel mad and depress?
How can I not let him affect my emotional wellness?

He pay me less than minimum wage.
He is very double standard and selfish.
He thinks I should not care about my own personal 'mini' benefits, while he thinks I should care about his personal benefits.

But at the same time, he is not being clear when he give me instruction (or only give me the first half), and if I try to clarify it, he thinks I am asking something obvious (like 1+1=?). When I don't ask clearly and did it wrong, he is mad.

And he calls me after 10:20PM ('pm'=night time) to talk about work. Meanwhile he there is another incoming call for me, he said he need to sell something, and ask me to wait on the line. I asked about how long I have to wait, because I need to sleep. Then he is mad about what I said.

"HELLO!" "You call me after 10pm at night and you ask me to wait on the phone, and you are not happy about me asking you how long I have to wait on the phone. What do you expect? I am enthusiatic, polite to customer, and while considering the benefits of the company. I work hard, always trying my best. Also, I am trilingual fluently."

(I know I am not the only one who is trilingual fluently, but I havn't met any yet, not in the company. And pay less than minimum wage.)

And thank you but please don't suggest me to 'quit the job' or 'find another job' or 'sue him', etc etc. I have to take care of my sick family members, and the schedule doesn't allow me to find another job (a fair one) yet.

MISTAKE, he call me after 10pm at night, and when he talk to me, there is another incoming call for him and he tell me to wait on the phone.
The incoming call is for him, not me.

If you live in the USA, call your local labor board. He HAS to pay you minimum wage. If he calls you that late tell him you want to be paid for THAT worktime. Put a minimum on your time, it's valuable and it's after normal work hours. Charge him you want a minimum of one hour at time and a half for calling you and talking about work during your time off.

It's illegal to be paid less than minimum wage, and as for his attitude I would politely ask him to respect you and your personal life away from work. Ask for overtime when he calls you at home and stand up for your rights. Show him in a polite way that he can't disrespect you.
