After tonight's sham of a stoppage by Herb Dean of the Ortiz vs Shamrock "fight", do you think that the UFC is beginning to choreograph or "fix" fights like they do in professional wrestling?

Its funny you asked that, since I just posed a similar question. My thinking is that UFC is turning into Pride. The fights are real, but they do everything in their power control the way that things unfold. They use hotshot booking, give pushes to certain fighters while overlooking others, and maybe at times instruct their referees to have a quicker trigger for stoppage in certain fights than others.
I wouldn't say its a complete work like wrestling, but they seem to be turning to some of the very tactics that wrestling promoters use.

The SportsEntertainment doesnt have any business of having real fighters like ortiz and shamrock or any other ufc fighter

Well Shamrock was so outclassed by Ortiz and there was no question of who had won so it was just a matter of how much pain and punishment the ref was going to allow shamrock to take as he was not going to tap out.

No. I think if the blows would have came later in the fight, no one would have questioned Heb Dean's decision. Plus, I don't think Ken would have fixed the fight, he hates Tito. I do think that Dana White is always thinking of the next best matches.

Yea, I thought it was pretty stupid. I wanted to see them go all 3 rounds! Damn referee... Shamrock would've been fine. But I'm glad Ortiz won.

its not fake...you're an idiot...they do overlook the other fighters and have hot shot booking...there are so many fighters out there and you keep seeing the same ones
