I am 5'9 and 283 pounds Its mainly all in my stomach plese help me lose it fast I dont care if loseing it fast isnt good because either is being fat!!!! Please help and please dont say dont eat or cut off anything I am serious! Please help me! I have been big all my life and really want to do this for me!

There is no way to lose that much weight fast.
YOU are the key to losing weight. Yep, you.
You know what you should eat and waht you should'nt. And if it is debateable..then don't do it.
Self -control. It would be easy to ask someone how to do it. But, the deciding factor....is still you.
You need to learn to listen to your body and not your cravings. Try to figure out what it feels like to have your tummy growl because it is hungry. Then feed it something like an apple and figure out what it feels like to feel full.
It's really hard to do this. But, you are doing it for you. No one else is going to do it but you. Yes they can tell you all the different ways to do it.
But, when it comes right down to the nitty-gritty...it all depends on you. You are the captain of your ship. You are the driver in your car. You are the one that decides whether you 'really' should eat something in front of you that you feel like you would die without it.....But you won't. Really. BUT, you will be downsizing your calorie intake by looking away and getting something else that is sweet. Like strawberries or watermellon.
There is a place called Losing Weight With Family.com. They aren't pushy but they do have all the help that a person could ever use to lose the weight.
Losing 5 lbs. a week is really kickin' @ss. That would total up to ......oh........hmmmmm.......around 20 lbs. a month.
It sounds like you have a time line to lose the weight.

This works for me, I am not kidding
Breakfast 1 c. Oatmeal with 1/2 Cl skim milk and some fresh fruit

Lunch 1 vegetable salad. No eggs, cheese or any of that stuff. With some fat free dressing

Dinner ! serving of lean meat such a chicken breast or turkey chop or 98% lean hamburger

some green vegetables (you can eat a whole can of green beans or asparagus)

Starch I usually have a small baked potato or bread

Cottage cheese about 1/2 cup

You can snack on veggies all day. I usually throw in a can of tomato soup or low fat something and some yogurt during the day.

Breakfast
2 hard boiled eggs

lunch
8 crackers with tuna and maynaise like tuna salad make sure maynaise is fat free or low far

Dinner
eat a big salad as your dinner

If you own a threadmill use it every day for 10-15 minutes and continue to up the time after 3 days


eat chicken and LOT OF VEGGIES follow curves diet


should consult with dietician before starting this diet and ANY DIET FOR THE MATTER!

Everyone is correct you can't lose that much weight quickly. Sure it's easy to slash your diet down to 1000 calories a day but what happens is that if you try to exhert yourself in anyway what so ever your body will instantly switch to 'famine' mode. Over thousands of years natural selection has favoured individuals who convert all nutrients to fat in times of famine.
You can easily push your body to such a state buy redusing calories and increasing physical activity. I was once given an analogy that for example if all or a sudden you had to walk 10km to the grocery store and when you got there the only thing they had were apples you would convert the apple to fat as your body would learn it was in for another unrewarding 10km trek to find food the next day.

I recommend visiting a nutritionist and have them make up a diet for you. It is a complicated ratio of fats, carbs and proteins to acheive this task quickly.

I used to work in a hospital when I was in the service, and this was a problem that was seen quite frequently. Believe it or not but you can lose the weight and you do not have to stop eatting. So what you can do is really simple. Put yourself on a diet, and what you need to do is eat small meals. When I say small meals I am not telling you to starve yourself. But only eat enough to fill the urge from the hunger. If you do this you can alot yourself about 5 to 6 small meals aday and still lose weight. This is prescribed to certain diebtetics.

If you lose that in less than a year, it is less healthy than being fat. Losing weight so fast is almost like sending your body into shock. You need to seek the help of a nutritionalist. They will put you on a diet and a lot of exercise.

what i did is this:
i burned 800 calories every afternoon on the tredmill for 7 days and ate a little bit, by the 7th day i had lost 5,600 calories, which is like 3 pounds, but hey dont kill yourself exercise is the best rescource, and dont listen to the people that tell you to do lipo, my sister had that, she died a week later, it made her skin all wobally like jello and she couldnt eat that much, like i said , exercise is the best
